Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
Coastal Creative (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what information I collect, why, and what I do with it. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What I collect
When you contact me through this site, I collect the details you choose to give me — typically your name, email address, and whatever you write about your project. I do not require any more than that.
Like most websites, basic, non-identifying technical information (such as the pages visited) may be collected to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, what's useful.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To deliver work you've engaged me to do.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
I do not sell your information. I do not add you to a marketing list or a follow-up sequence you didn't ask for. Your details stay with me.
Who it's shared with
Your information is only shared with trusted service providers where genuinely necessary to run the business (for example, email or hosting providers), and only to the extent required. Where AI tools are used in delivering work, I take care not to share confidential client information with them unless we've agreed to it.
Keeping it secure
I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I treat your data with care.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Just email hello@coastalcreative.com.au and I'll sort it out.
