The content on this site is provided for general information about my services. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and shouldn't be relied on as such. Any example results described are illustrative of the kind of work I do, not a promise of the same outcome for your business.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. It's the start of a conversation. Any project only proceeds once we've agreed scope, timing and price in writing.

Intellectual property

The branding, copy, design and code of this website belong to Coastal Creative unless stated otherwise. Work I deliver to a client under an engagement becomes theirs to own as set out in that engagement's terms — no platform lock-in, no hostage hosting.

Liability

I take care to keep this site accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
